The main objective of the action will be to improve the conditions for financing audiovisual production, in particular in the field of cinematographic and documentary fiction - including animation - by making possible the concrete implementation of cinematographic projects thanks to a constant growth in the funding possibilities allocated to the production of sustained opportunities. The objective of financial assistance to third parties is to support the development of co-productions between European producers and directors from ACP / WCF countries, in particular with the aim of supporting projects in countries which until now have hardly been active internationally
