The Fonds pour la Jeune Création Francophone (FJCF) has launched a call for production and post-production projects. The call will be open from 17 April to 17 June 2021.
FJCF supports projects in various formats: cinema, short and feature films, audiovisual series and web content through the allocation of selective grants that can intervene at the development, production and/or post-production stage. The involvement of broadcasters in the scheme also makes it possible to assess the broadcasting potential of projects as soon as they are selected.
The call is open to film and audiovisual professionals from 22 French-speaking countries in Africa, the Caribbean and the Indian Ocean, namely Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Congo Brazzaville, Congo DRC, Côte d’Ivoire, Djibouti, Gabon, Guinea, Comoros, Mauritius, Madagascar, Mali, Niger, Central African Republic, Rwanda, Senegal, Seychelles, Chad, Togo and Haiti.
In the framework of the Deental ACP action, launched with the financial collaboration of the European Union and the support of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States, the winning projects of the FJCF supported to production aid are eligible for financial bonuses.
