DECONFINING just launched a survey on artistic mobility in Africa

The DECONFINING project has just launched a survey in partnership with Culture Funding Watch to deepen their understanding of artistic and cultural mobility in Africa, exploring the challenges, opportunities and aspirations that shape the experiences of artists and cultural practitioners on our dynamic continent.

This study aims to better understand the current situation and identify areas where positive change can be made. By gathering the voices of African artists and cultural practitioners, they seek to advocate for a more favourable environment for the growth, exchange and visibility of African arts and culture, both within and beyond the continent’s borders.

Artists, cultural practitioners and people involved in the arts and culture sector in Africa are invited to take part in this survey.

The survey will be open until 31 July 2023.
