ACP-EU Culture at the EU-Africa Business Forum 2022

Ahead of the 6th Africa-EU Summit, the 7th EU-Africa Business Forum (EABF) will be held from 14-18 February 2022 . Organised by the European Commission and the African Union, the EABF will be held online.

With the overall theme “Building stronger value chains for sustainable growth and decent jobs”, this 7th edition focuses on business development, sustainable development of the African continent and improving the living conditions of its people.

This Forum is an opportunity to present key initiatives to a high-level audience of business leaders. It is an opportunity for business representatives to raise critical issues with policy makers in the African and European Union, and to discuss policy reforms in Africa to improve the trade and investment climate. Finally, it is also a platform for direct interaction between European and African companies (B2B), with sessions dedicated sector by sector.

Among these sectors, the cultural and creative industries and their value chains offer cooperation opportunities for both Africa and Europe.

On 18 February, the ACP-EU Culture Programme and its partners will participate in various activities.
