Call for proposals “Supporting the cultural and creative sectors in the ACP countries” – Publication of a Corrigendum

On the 12/2/2020, a Corrigendum to the Call for Proposals “Supporting the cultural and creative sectors in the ACP countries” (EuropeAid/167697/IH/ACT/Multi) has been published by the European Commission. Among the main changes to the guidelines :

• Extension of the submission deadline to the 30/3/2020 (instead of the 20/3/2020)
• Eligibility of the main applicants: the amount of grants awarded over the past three years (2017‑2019) must correspond to a minimum of 100.000 euros in total (instead of annually).
• The main applicant or co-applicant awarding sub-grants to third parties must be established in one of the ACP countries of the referred Region lot.
• The co-applicant possibly awarding sub-grants to third parties must fulfill the same eligibility criteria of the main applicant, except for the average annual turnover or annual revenue which must correspond to at least €200,000 during the last three years (2017-2019) (Instead of 400.000 euros for the main applicant).
