Call for Projects: Les Ateliers de Grand-Bassam (Ouaga Film Lab)

The next edition of the Ouaga Film Lab will take place from 15 to 22 September  2024, in Grand-Bassam, Côte d’Ivoire, under the name “Les Ateliers de Grand-Bassam.” The Lab provides an inspiring environment for story creation, supporting authors and developing high-quality film projects.

In this context, Les Ateliers de Grand-Bassam has launched a call for projects aimed at all authors from the African continent. Candidates are invited to submit feature-length projects (fiction, documentary, series).

A total of 10 projects will be selected to participate in this unique development and support experience. Participants (directors and producers) will have the opportunity to benefit from personalized mentoring and feedback from industry experts to refine their projects and prepare them for production.

At the end of the Lab, the best projects will be rewarded with residency grants to support creativity and innovation.
